I’ve rounded up the best ‘new in’ items from across some of my favourite retailers keeping in mind the hottest trends at the moment. Take a look and let me know what you think I’ve included links on all so if you really love any you can buy them buy just clicking on the images. Please comment and let me know if you do.
Boohoo is the Queen of on trend garments at unbelievable prices. The shape and colours of this top would mean it would pair beautifully with loads of other looks.
The checked print is well on trend for A/W 15 and Shell tops are literally everywhere at the moment.
Although it’s a casual top I think this could definitely be dressed up with an A-line leather mini and heeled chelsea boots for a great night out outfit. A brilliant versatile top at only £14- result!
I love the Swedish retailer Monki. I first found them through Asos and since then have been obsessed. They produce original pieces in beautiful flattering shapes whilst still remaining really on trend. This dress is a perfect example of this. It’s really fitting into the metallic trends but it’s a bit easier to wear than the very cold harsh silvers. It would be perfect going into the party festive season. Although not one for the faint hearted as the top is completely see through. But that just adds to this dress being a real show stopper- just make sure you’re wearing your best bra!
I’ve only fairly recently found Nastgal and they have some really good stuff. I find some of it can be slightly overpriced for what it is- and can be found in most main retailers. However some pieces are really intricate and original, and I think this sweatshirt is one of them. Sweatshirts themselves are something you’ll be seeing a lot of this winter so having one as beautiful and as striking as this will really come in handy. I love the gold appliqué and the exposed shoulder making it really stand out. I think it would be perfect with some waxed or exposed knee jeans. Covered up and cosy but still fashion forward
I love this colour so much and have been looking for a skirt like this for a while (so I might have to treat myself!)
Although Pull&Bear have paired the skirt with quite plain tops I think it would look lovely with a loose shirt or blouse, to relax the look slightly. I think the contrast would look really smooth and avoid looking try hard or polished.
I want this cardigan so much!! I can just see it now with a plain tee, some skinnies and brown loafers. Such an easy outfit that this garment would finish off perfectly. I know it’s a little pricey for a cardigan but the feel is so nice and rounded moulded sleeves are really on trend this season. But this piece is definitely a timeless one that would get plenty of wear, probably all year round if you’re in England! The colours are actually going into on trend colours for S/S15 so it’s a cardigan worth the investment!
Let me know what’s your favourite garment and any retailers or items you liked this week
