So this is my first hot 10. Each week I’ll post 10 pieces from high street and designer websites with links and prices. Hopefully this will help you shop and see what’s out there!
This top is so cute! I think the colour is gorgeous, it’s also available in black and white but I think this blue is so hot right now. Owl’s are everywhere at the moment. So this top is very on trend without being too cutesy It’s very relaxed and would look gorgeous with a flare skirt and brogues
This satchel is a classic look and style, but the vibrant blue and miniature size brings it back up to date. It will go with any outfit and could really transform a casual look into something very fashionable. A bargain for £23
I love this skirt! The colours and pattern are bang on trend, but then we expect nothing less from Erdem. You could, like net-a-porter, team the look with another floral piece. Or perhaps a buttoned up peter pan collar blouse. But I think a cool look would be with a plain navy tee, navy slip ons and bed hair or a relaxed up do. I’d let the skirt do all the talking on this look. And at this price it would have to be a Shakespearean monologue!
Okay so this jumper isn’t going to win any awards for changing the face of fashion. But it is a staple and you could do so much with it. Skinny jeans, printed leggings, mini-skirts, leather shorts, layered with blouses or floral shirts, clashing patterns, with tailored coats, or grungy parkas. You get my drift. And at only £16 maybe we should take our hat of to it. Ohh it would go with a black hat aswell. What a piece!
This shoe boot is an absolute must at only £24.99 . The wedge makes them easier to walk in so would be ace for a day look. I’m seeing leather look legging, a checked shirt and green parka. Perfect for lunch with the girls.
A beautiful dress with lace paneling, backless detail and not one but two splits to the thigh. Not for the faint hearted but perfect to have your own Angelina moment.
I am so in love with this coat! The colour is so beautiful. The paneling and fit and flare shape make it extremely flattering. And although the forest green colour is on trend it would still go with so much, so could be brilliant value for money. Team with a fitted dress and courts for a Kate Middleton moment or with black skinny jeans and 5 inch spiked heals for a Kate Moss. The coat has the potential for classy and rocky. Day or night. Perfect
Newlook are doing well this week! This really channels Erdem florals but for us ladies on a budget. The collar makes this shirt really modern and wearable. This could be worn in the office, on a night out or just for a day look. Beautiful.
Trousers are getting fancy this season! Try swapping your going out dress for some statement trousers and chiffon blouse. Saves a massive amount of time as no fake tan is needed! These asos trousers would be great for a Christmas do.
This is without doubt my favourite find of the week. The colours, the print, the shape, the material, the buttons. I know this blouse won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but there’s no denying how many style boxes it’s ticking. It’s the marmite of the blouse world! It’s perfect for the festive season and will look great with heels or flats. I personally see it with a top knot and flash of red lippy. One thing you definitely need for this look is lashings of confidence.
